YOGA

Angela is a certified instructor in hatha yoga, pre-natal yoga and holds certifications in personal training, including older adult fitness. She specializes in teaching power yoga and works with physically challenged as well as older adults. Her classes are available at the following venues:  Crunch (South Beach), Equinox (Aventura), Fisher Island Spa, Elemus Spa (Lowe's Hotel, South Beach), Hebrew Academy and The Sterling Assisted Living Facility (Aventura).

Private classes are available for condominium apartment complexes, individuals, groups and small businesses.  She also offers private personal fitness training.

Angela specializes in yoga for dentists, having taught for four years at the Florida National Dental Conference.  She has also taught yoga at the Florida State Attorney General's Office.

CHANTING

Ever been interested in learning yoga chants?  Angela also offers private chanting lessons to anyone curious about this special form of devotional (bhakti) yoga.  The lessons involve singing chants and other songs of joy and devotion, while Angela accompanies on her harmonium.  Classes take place in the student's home and no experience is necessary.  Individuals and small groups welcome.  Please contact Angela at 786.246.7334 for further details.
